Performance
The Chevy Equinox EV has an electric propulsion system with an EPA-estimated 319 miles of range and electronic precision shift. The 11.5 kW onboard charging module is capable of reaching Level 2 charge rates up to 11.5 kW.
Technology
The 2025 Equinox has innovative interior tech, including Google built-in compatibility. You can install Google built-in on your 17.7-inch LCD display for in-cabin access to Google Maps, Play, Assistant, and Gmail. This LCD infotainment system also comes with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, making it possible to sync a compatible phone to the SUV for hands-free phone calls or texting.
The new Equinox EV also comes with a free 3-month trial subscription to SiriusXM satellite radio, giving you access to hundreds of music, sports, and news stations. If you like what you hear, you can opt for a longer subscription!
Cabin
Inside the new Equinox EV, there’s seating for up to five passengers across two bucket seats and a rear bench seat. The driver’s seat is exceptionally comfortable, with 6-way manual controls that include forward, back, up, down, and recline. The back seat is a 60/40 split with convenient levers that allow you to fold either side or the entire bench completely flat.
Standard interior features of the new Equinox EV include a front center console, carpeted floor mats, an 11-inch driver information center, and a tilt and telescoping steering column. Remote Start allows you to start your SUV from inside your home, while adaptive cruise control maintains a safe driving distance between your vehicle and the one in front of it.
Safety
Safety features in the new Equinox EV include Enhanced Automatic Emergency Braking, Rear Park Assist, and Intersection Automatic Emergency Braking. These features use sensors and cameras to watch out for hazards in your Equinox EV’s path, activating the hard braking to prevent an accident. The 2025 Equinox EV also comes with the Chevy Safety Assist collision-avoidance package.
Other safety features in the Equinox EV include a complete airbag system, OnStar Basics, an HD rear vision camera, Safety Alert Seat, and an LED reflective windshield collision alert.
