I've been a faithful fan of Sax Motors since I bought my first new Chevrolet Silverado in 2000 and always had trust in them in sales and service departments. I find it is a very friendly atmosphere with knowledgeable people that can answer any questions and will advise you on a better way of handling any problems.

Always treat me great! We always seem to make a decent deal. This is my third truck I bought here and it’s nice to deal locally. Aric mines and Aaron are great.

The dealership was SO KIND, so helpful and extremely patient with us. They didn't act like your typical dealership, they really acted like they wanted the best for us.

The male that sat at the desk was short with me. I had a tire sensor issue and asked him about it after the oil change. He said I would have to schedule someone else and was rude about it. The lady that sat in the corner was nice she let me know the sensor is on back order and encouraged me to check

The sales manager and finance manager were incredibly easy to work with. All the details were worked out before hand. We had to wait five months for the vehicle and they were incredible through the whole process.

I feel like a VIP when I walk in the door to Sax Motors. I barely got in the door when someone came over and got my key fob for the service job on my Equinox. They take very good care of my vehicle and me!

Was very disappointed in the engine issue on my 2yr.10months old Tahoe. What was the main reason for the trade? Overhaul is covered by GM on factory warranty only until 60k miles on odometer which would equal 5K more miles. Then additional warranty for 2 years only covers parts. Labor cost would be how much? I hated sacrificing a nice Tahoe because of a poor quality engine. Sales manager was very understanding and I got a deal on a replacement vehicle that we were both happy with.

Spot on with help, gave me an excellent deal, were fast and effective. 10-10 for service. This is the 3rd vehicle we have bought from Sax and we will be back. That whole team deserves a raise.

We are full time RV’ers and I get my truck serviced all over the country at Chevy dealerships. This is by far the best experience I’ve had getting my truck serviced. We arrived at the prescribed appointment time and were taken care of immediately. In and out in less than an hour.

I appreciate they have a very comfortable calm place to relax while vehicle is being quickly worked on.
