Great job!

I will definitely be back to sax. Salesman aric was great to work with. I found a truck and gave them my info before I drove 2 hours. When I got there truck was ready to go and took maybe an hour. Also got a sweet jacket out of the deal. Finance guy know his stuff too.

I had an intake manifold leak on my 95 k1500 and discussed the problem with the service manager. Communications with the service manager and the service department was a caring one to get accurate information along with the apparent willingness to be helpful to me as a customer. I had valet service after delivery of pickup, and picked up to get vehicle when repair completed. Good documentation of communications with service department, good documentation of the service on vehicle completed and included a breakdown of what the costs were. Repair costs were very reasonable. No one likes to spend money on repairs, but they made it easier by keeping at the low end of such repair costs. Whole transactions was a positive experience.

This was a great customer experience. Unlike other sales experiences in the past, there were no pushy salespeople or bait-and-switch tactics. I came in for a specific trim with specific features in a specific price range, and there were no attempts to deviate from my focus or upsell me. Before the process was completed, we were offered a tour of the place as though we were moving in.

I appreciated the loaner car I was given for 2 weeks but a little disappointed the problem was not completely solved. I was told the error was cleared but not figured out and that it may happen again.

He was very nice can't remember his name but when we drop the car off for a oil change he ask if we need a ride anywhere. And when we pick up the car the lady that receptionist was trying to take care of a very disrespectful person and when she asked us what we need she was very nice and didn’t let that one person get under her skin. I'm glad I purchased my new car from Chevrolet

I've been a faithful fan of Sax Motors since I bought my first new Chevrolet Silverado in 2000 and always had trust in them in sales and service departments. I find it is a very friendly atmosphere with knowledgeable people that can answer any questions and will advise you on a better way of handling any problems.

They worked with us to locate a vehicle that we were looking for right away! It was within a week that they found one we were looking at from a different dealership!

I had chosen my salesperson because of his personality away from his job. I encountered Tony in the “real world”. He was so pleasant and came across as a nice person who listened, smiled, and waved when not in his sales role. Genuine is how I would characterize my impression of him.

The male that sat at the desk was short with me. I had a tire sensor issue and asked him about it after the oil change. He said I would have to schedule someone else and was rude about it. The lady that sat in the corner was nice she let me know the sensor is on back order and encouraged me to check
