Great customer service and great experience overall!

From start to finish the purchasing process was very smooth thanks to my salesman Aric and Aaron in Finance. I would definitely recommend Sax Motors for a great buying experience!!!

This was a great customer experience. Unlike other sales experiences in the past, there were no pushy salespeople or bait-and-switch tactics. I came in for a specific trim with specific features in a specific price range, and there were no attempts to deviate from my focus or upsell me. Before the process was completed, we were offered a tour of the place as though we were moving in.

We had a great experience working with Aric Mines and Aaron Stoltz. We found what we were looking for on the lot and Aric made sure that we were happy with the car. He also made sure it was ready for us, since we were from out of town, and ready to go. Thanks to the whole team for a pleasant buying experience - and we love our Trax!

He was very nice can't remember his name but when we drop the car off for a oil change he ask if we need a ride anywhere. And when we pick up the car the lady that receptionist was trying to take care of a very disrespectful person and when she asked us what we need she was very nice and didn’t let that one person get under her skin. I'm glad I purchased my new car from Chevrolet

I've been a faithful fan of Sax Motors since I bought my first new Chevrolet Silverado in 2000 and always had trust in them in sales and service departments. I find it is a very friendly atmosphere with knowledgeable people that can answer any questions and will advise you on a better way of handling any problems.

The sales manager and finance manager were incredibly easy to work with. All the details were worked out before hand. We had to wait five months for the vehicle and they were incredible through the whole process.

The male that sat at the desk was short with me. I had a tire sensor issue and asked him about it after the oil change. He said I would have to schedule someone else and was rude about it. The lady that sat in the corner was nice she let me know the sensor is on back order and encouraged me to check
